On the occasion of World Earth Day, Mr. Avijit Chowdhury, Block President – Paschim Medinipur, West Bengal, led a green initiative in Deuli village, Khakurda-Belda region as part of the Save Earth Mission’s 30 Billion Tree Drive.
A total of 15 saplings were planted at the site located in PO/PS Belda, District Paschim Medinipur, reinforcing the movement’s global goal of reaching carbon neutrality by 2040.
The plantation reflected strong community involvement and local leadership, demonstrating how even modest efforts can make a significant difference in our collective journey toward a more sustainable future.
