In celebration of World Earth Day, Mrs. Rashmi Bawa, District President – Panipat, along with Block President Vandana Sharma, organized a significant plantation drive in Panipat, Haryana, aligning with the vision of the Save Earth Mission.
The event took place at Harmony Homes and Maha Vidhyalaya, Nizampur, where a total of 70 saplings were planted. This initiative is a proud contribution to the Mission’s ambitious 30 Billion Tree Drive, which aims to make the world carbon-neutral by 2040.
The plantation program was made even more impactful with the presence of the Principal of Maha Vidhyalaya, school staff, and enthusiastic students who actively participated in the green effort. Their involvement reflects the growing commitment of educational institutions and communities toward sustainable living and environmental preservation.
Under the leadership of Mrs. Rashmi Bawa and Vandana Sharma, this local effort serves as a shining example of grassroots climate action and community mobilization — key values that define the Save Earth Mission’s global movement.
Every tree planted is a step toward a healthier, greener planet. Panipat has added its voice and action to that promise.
