On the occasion of World Earth Day, the Save Earth Mission continues to inspire grassroots environmental action across the globe. This year, a commendable plantation drive was led in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, by the dedicated local team under the leadership of Tapan Kumar Singh, District President – Khordha.
With a strong belief in the Mission’s goal of achieving a carbon-neutral world by 2040, the team planted six trees in their local vicinity. Though modest in number, each sapling symbolizes a powerful commitment to restoring the Earth and promoting a sustainable future.
This initiative is part of Save Earth Mission’s 30 Billion Tree Plantation Drive, an internationally recognized effort to combat climate change through massive reforestation. The drive reflects the organization’s core values of community-led action, environmental consciousness, and inclusive participation.
Mr. Tapan Kumar Singh and his team have set an example of local leadership and environmental responsibility, proving that even small actions can contribute to a global movement. Their efforts not only align with Save Earth Mission’s vision but also encourage others to take part in this meaningful journey toward a greener planet.
Let their efforts be a reminder: real change begins with rooted action. 🌍🌳
